Welcome cocktails

We searched far and wide for a restaurant large enough to host our group for a welcome cocktail. Unable to find one, we want to encourage you to join us a local bar on Thursday & Friday. This will give you an opportunity to meet other guests and say hi! These will be no-host opportunities to mingle for bit.

Thursday - Time & Location TBD (check back soon)

Friday - 8:30pm to 10:00pm | Hyatt Regency Bar

XOchimilco

On Thursday morning, a group will be meeting at the Hyatt Regency lobby and heading to Xochimilco for the day. Xochimilco is near the city and features floating gardens. The plan would be to meet around 10am, then head to Xochimilco via Uber. Please contact us, if you plan to join so we don't leave you behind.

As of today (7/21/18) we are unsure if we will be booking a tour or heading to the park and figuring things out there. Check back for more details.

Teotihuacan

Friday, August 3 (2 options for the pyramids)

Option 1 - A group has worked with the hotel to secure an SUV for the day (you can do the same or Uber). They'll head to the Basilica de Guadalupe in the morning. Then head over to Teotihuacan. The plan is to have lunch at La Gruta (the cave restaurant), then spend time at the pyramids. No reservations are available for La Gruta, so the times are estimated.

Option 2 - A second group has purchased a tour via Viator (click here to learn more & book). This tour includes the pyramids and Mexico City's Historic District. Please note it leaves early! If you decide to purchase this tour, let the company know that you're with the group that booked under Itinerary Number 1071329993. They have 16 so far and the vans hold 9. Approx. 5 more are joining that I know of so book early and we'll fill out the 3rd van.
